- failing to yield right of way
- failing to obey traffic lights
- improper use of HOV (high occupancy vehicle) lane

- towing people on toboggans, skis, bicycles
- unnecessary slow driving
- backing up on a Highway
- improper right turns
- improper left turns
- failing to obey traffic signs
- failing to ensure passenger under 16 is wearing a seat belt
- failing to lower headlamp beams
- Improper opening of a vehicle door
- failing to stop at a pedestrian crossing
- failing to signal
- failing to insure that a passenger weighing less than 23 kg (50 lb) is properly secured
- failing to ensure child/infant passenger is properly secured in an appropriate child car seat
- failing to share the road (with cyclists, buses, or trucks)
